Shipping and Returns Policy
For semi-permanent methods (tape-ins and wefts) you can sleep with your extensions in. We recommend a light braid at night so your hair doesn’t move around everywhere. For ready to wear extension methods (clips, halos, etc) we absolutely do not recommend you sleep with your extensions in. Sleeping with ready to wear hair extensions can damage your own hair, and it can cause the hair extensions to not last as long.
Regardless of the method, we recommend brushing your hair daily and proper storage to ensure they keep their original quality.
Warranty and Quality Guarantee
01. All MHA extensions come with a 30 day guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not include items sold on our Sale Page. All sale page hair extensions are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund or warranty.
02. After 30 days from the date of purchase the hair guarantee will be considered expired, no claims can be made after this time.
03. All merchandise claimed as defective must be sent back within 14 days. Our Quality Control team will inspect the hair and determine if the hair is in fact defective from manufacturing defects. *You must send back the hair to have it inspected in order, no exceptions.
04. In the event that the hair extension is deemed as defective we will then either issue a full store credit or a partial credit. We reserve the right to determine how much of a credit shall be issued based on many factors such as usage and claim dates.
05. The warranty DOES NOT cover the following:
- Defects from improper application.
- Defects from improper use of the product (Not using proper hair care, colouring, bleaching or lightening the hair , cutting the wefts, etc)
- Defects from personal attempts to alter the extensions in any way from its original form.
- Excess use of heat and improper care of the extensions.
06. Certain colours will fade over time (all pastel colours, 99J, and certain red/silver colours). Fading on these colours will not be considered a manufacturer defect.
